Privacy Policy.
Effective: November 2, 2026
TicketReaper is an independent event-discovery platform. We do not sell tickets or process ticket purchases. This policy explains the information collected when you use our website, contact us, apply to partner, or request support.
Information we collect
We receive information you choose to submit, including names, email addresses, company details, partnership proposals, support messages, and ticket correspondence. Our servers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and security logs. If you opt in to first-party analytics, we may use a visitor identifier to measure page views, searches, engagement, device category, referral sources, and outbound seller clicks. We do not intentionally collect age, gender, income, or sensitive demographic profiles.
How we use information
We use submitted information to answer inquiries, manage partnerships and support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, operate the website, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google Analytics. We may share necessary information with hosting, email-delivery, anti-spam, and other service providers acting on our behalf, or when legally required.
Analytics and cookies
Optional first-party analytics are subject to the consent controls shown on the website. Essential session cookies may be used for security, form integrity, and admin authentication. Disabling optional analytics does not prevent browsing. Security logs may still be processed for legitimate protection purposes.
Ticket marketplaces
When you follow a seller link, you leave TicketReaper. The seller's own privacy policy and terms govern its website and checkout. We may record an outbound click where permitted and, if partner attribution is later enabled, use referral identifiers.
Retention and security
We keep partnership and support records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the relationship, resolve issues, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics and server logs are retained according to operational settings and applicable requirements. We use reasonable access controls and security safeguards, but no system is guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable exceptions. You can also decline optional analytics. Contact privacy@ticketreaper.com for privacy requests. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply.
Children
TicketReaper is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as our integrations and practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
